This page has no testimonials on it. We would rather send you to places where we do not control what gets published than show you a wall of quotes you have no way to verify.

Where to look

Search our company name along with your city and you will find our Google Business Profile, which is where most of our customers leave feedback. Google shows the whole distribution, not just the good ones, and you can sort by most recent to see what current work looks like rather than what it looked like years ago.

Beyond Google, the usual places apply. Yelp, the Better Business Bureau, Facebook, Angi and Nextdoor all carry contractor reviews, and the neighborhood platforms are especially useful in the communities we serve because the people posting are your actual neighbors in Surprise or Vistancia or Westbrook Village. Ask in a local group. You will get an unfiltered answer.

We are not going to quote ratings here or link to specific listings, because a number typed on our own site proves nothing. Go look.

What we ask you to judge us on

Restoration is an industry where it is easy to hide bad work behind drywall. Here is what actually separates competent contractors from the rest, and what we would want you to check.

Whether we showed up when we said we would

We aim for 45 minutes. Emergencies do not schedule themselves and a crew already on a job in Waddell cannot be in El Mirage at the same time, but you should be told the truth about arrival time rather than a number designed to keep you from calling someone else.

Whether the moisture was actually gone

The failure mode in water damage restoration is a crew that pulls the visible water, sets a couple of fans, and leaves while the subfloor is still wet. Six weeks later you have mold. Ask whether the contractor took daily moisture readings and whether they showed them to you.

Whether the price at the end matched the price at the start

Scope changes happen when we open a wall and find more damage than the meters suggested. What should never happen is finding out about it on the invoice. Change orders belong in a conversation before the work, not a line item after it.

Whether the crew treated the house like someone lived there

Floor protection, containment barriers so smoke and soot do not migrate into clean rooms, and equipment that gets picked up when the job ends rather than sitting in your living room for an extra week.

Whether the documentation held up with the insurer

Photos, readings, and line items written the way adjusters expect. A claim denied over sloppy paperwork is a contractor failure, not a carrier failure.

Our credentials are checkable

Our technicians hold IICRC certification, which is the standard body for water restoration, applied structural drying and mold remediation. Certification is verifiable and it is a fair thing to ask about, along with licensing and insurance, before you let anyone start cutting into your property. Our certifications page covers what we carry. Ask any contractor for the same and be wary of hesitation.

If you have hired us before

Leave a review. Honest ones are more useful to us than flattering ones, and if the job went sideways somewhere we would rather read about it than not know. Reviews from smaller communities are particularly valuable, because someone in Waddell or Fletcher Heights has almost nothing to go on when a pipe bursts at eleven at night.

If you would rather tell us directly first, call (602) 669-3861.

When someone is unhappy

Complaints get a phone call, not a form letter. The process is simple. We listen to the whole thing before responding, we go back and look at the job file and the moisture logs, and where we can we send someone out to look at the property again in person.

If we got it wrong, we fix it at our cost. If the problem turns out to be something outside the scope we were hired for, an ongoing plumbing failure feeding a leak we already dried, for instance, we explain the difference clearly and tell you who can actually solve it.

What we will not do is argue with you in a public review thread. If you posted something negative, expect a call rather than a defensive reply.
