About Us

911 Restoration of West Valley is a locally owned restoration company working the west side of the Phoenix metro. We handle the calls people never plan for: a supply line that let go overnight, a monsoon that pushed water under a door, a kitchen fire, a sewer line backing up into a hallway.

We are part of a national franchise network, which matters more than it sounds like it does. It means we carry the training standards, the equipment specifications and the documentation systems of a company that operates across the country. But the truck that pulls into your driveway is staffed by people who live out here, who know which neighborhoods in Surprise sit on caliche that will not drain, and who understand that a July storm in Peoria can dump a great deal of rain in under an hour.

We answer the phone at 3 a.m.

Every day of the year. Holidays included. There is no answering service that takes a message and calls you back in the morning, because water does not wait until morning. Drywall wicks moisture upward. Carpet pad holds water like a sponge. Mold can start colonizing wet organic material inside 24 to 48 hours, and faster than that if the AC is off.

Our target is boots on the ground within 45 minutes of your call. Distance is real out here, and a call from Waddell or Vistancia takes longer than one from central Peoria, so we will tell you honestly on the phone what our actual arrival time is. We would rather give you a real number than a comfortable one.

What happens when we walk in

The first thing a technician does is stop the loss from getting worse. That usually means finding the source and shutting it off, or confirming you already have. Then we look at safety: standing water near outlets, a sagging ceiling, contaminated water in a home with kids or pets.

Next comes the inspection, which is free and carries no obligation. We walk the affected areas with moisture meters and, where it helps, a thermal camera. Water travels. It runs along joists, drops behind baseboards, and sits in wall cavities that look perfectly dry from the hallway. Mapping where it actually went is the difference between a job that dries out and a job that smells wrong three weeks later.

Then we tell you what we found and what it will take. In plain terms, before anything gets torn out. If your situation calls for water damage cleanup and structural drying, we explain how many days the equipment needs to run and why. If we see growth, we explain how mold testing and remediation would work, including containment. If it is a sewage backup, we explain why that material and the porous surfaces it touched have to go, no matter how new the carpet is.

Extraction, controlled demolition where it is needed, air movers and dehumidifiers placed by calculation rather than guesswork, then daily moisture readings until the structure hits dry standard. We document all of it, because that documentation is what carries an insurance claim through an adjuster review.

Certified people, not just certified equipment

Our technicians hold IICRC certification, the standard the restoration industry and most carriers recognize. That covers water damage restoration, structural drying, mold remediation and fire and smoke work. You can read more about what those certifications actually require and why an adjuster cares.

Certification is not a decoration. Applied structural drying is arithmetic: cubic footage, grain depression, class of water loss, how many dehumidifiers a space actually needs. Guess low and the building stays wet behind the wall. Guess high and you have burned the homeowner money on rental equipment. Trained people get that math right.

The whole loss, not just the wet part

Most jobs do not stay in one lane. A house fire leaves water damage from suppression, and fire and smoke restoration has to address odor that has already moved into ductwork and framing. A monsoon call can turn into a larger disaster restoration project once we see what the wind did to the roof. We also handle commercial buildings, where the clock runs on lost business days, not just drying days.

Why people call us back

Nobody enjoys meeting a restoration company. You are meeting us on one of the worse days of your year, and you are usually making decisions you have no background for while somebody with a clipboard talks about categories and classes.

So we try to do three things well. Show up when we said we would. Explain what we are doing in language that does not require a glossary. Leave the property genuinely dry and genuinely clean, not just dry-looking. That is what a fresh start actually means once the trucks pull out.

We work across the West Valley, from El Mirage and central Peoria out to Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise and the Lake Pleasant corridor. If water is moving right now, call (602) 669-3861. If you just want somebody to look at a stain that has been bothering you, reach out and we will come look at it for free.
